Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - The Killer Tracks From The River. One of the most sought after and rare Promo vinyl records in the world. Approximately 100 were produced by CBS/SONY with "Promotion Only" on red labels. Please see pictures. 

The cover/jacket and the vinyl are near mint - the record sounds perfect. Barely handled, This record is a collectible and its value is anticipated to increase.
